I need to know the difference between the Sustainable Tourism and then Global Warming and Tourism. I need to know for a school project, and when doing research they both seem to do the same thing and mean the same thing. Please help me understand the difference.

Your question doesn’t make any sense.

How difficult is the math and science involved with creating modern inventions?

Hey all,

We see a lot of amazing inventions around us, but just how difficult is the mathematics behind the design? If you want specific examples, the cellphone, computer, and the iPod are good ones.

The question is a little bit vague, so I’ll clarify. Would someone who just graduated with a B.S. know enough math or science (any branches of both) to create the next great invention? What kind of mathematics and sciences do you think some of the aforementioned inventions involve?

shamwow probably took no math. Google patents take years of graduate level math and CS.

The other devices are all progessions of other devices.
Crystal radio-vacuum tube radio-Transistor radio-walkman-portable cd-mp3-ipod
telegraph-telephone-radio phone-early cell phones-modern cell phones
Computers is a very long progression and many smaller inventions from babbage to today.

How does chemistry apply to economics and the commercial importance of chemicals like heterocyclic compounds?

I am interested in knowing what is the relation between chemistry and economics. That is aproject given to me by a professor, since I am doing a course in sciences along with a degree in finance. Kindly help.

Nearly all drugs contain heterocycles as do many other chemical entities that are sold. Some of th elargest corporations in the world rely on small molecules for their cash flow: Exxon, Dupont, Pfizer, Dow, Merck, Glaxo, etc.

In pharma there is a very fine line between what a consumer can be charged before the claims of "drug company rape" and other options are found with the ever present complication of government nullification of patents. There is the cost-benefit arguement with drugs and even in early drug testing, some sort of separation must be made between the cost of the drug and the benefit obtained.

What are some good shopping carts for my website?

I have a fully finished website with all the product pages done and everything. I need a shopping cart that will use Google Checkout and that can also process credit cards. So I can add a button to each page that says "Add to Cart" or something. Does anyone know any good, cheap ones? Thanks.

Google Checkout has a pretty good shopping cart.

Does the television show Home Garden Television (HGTV) influence you to improve your home and garden?

First, it is not a "television show," but a "television channel" full of individual shows on home and garden improvement, decorating, etc.

Yes, the network channel does inspire many people to improve the looks of their homes and gardens. It provides many useful shows that help the watcher learn to repair minor problems (leaky faucets) and to hire contractors to repair major problems (water leakage in the basement).

It is useful and informative.

Lean Cuisine frozen dinners work as good as Nutrisystem?

I wanted to try Nutrisystem but it is way expensive. I see the frozen dinners in the grocery store like Lean Cuisine and Weight Watchers, SmartChoice, etc. Will these work the same?

I know they are low calorie and low fat, but Nutrisystem claims they have this system of food with glycemic index…. does these frozen meals offer the same? I don’t see it anywhere on the box. Thanks.

You might consider Weight Watchers. Alot of doctors recommend it as the very best, Healthiest diet. You might lose weight slightly slower, but it will STAY off…and you learn how to eat "normal" foods for the rest of your life. If you go on a system that "caters" your meals, you’ll gain the weight back when you go back to regular food …. Best to learn how to cook for yourself FOR LIFE………

Your driving environment changes each time you get behind the wheel-weather, road conditons, your vehicle and?

other drivers are:
predictable
unpredictable
consistent
manageable

Yes, it does.
I ride a motorcycle all the time. Things that are not very hazardous to a car are dangerous to me, such as gravel in the road.
I live on a winding road where some drivers will hit the dirt in the corner and send gravel into the bend. I also have a sand pit just down the road. The road may be clear when I leave for the store, but it may not be 10 minutes later.
Other drivers are only predictable after many years experience learning what to look for.
Some are still unpredictable.
Consistent? As a herd of cattle.
In general, like cattle, they are manageable. Yet, there will always be one or two that aren’t.

My comments on the predictability of drivers come from over 20 years of riding motorcycles among them. I have driven longer.
My comparison to cattle comes from actually having to control the road as an escort rider.

This is the second question of yours that I’ve noticed.
Please don’t try to get us to do your homework for you.
MY life won’t depend on it because I’ve learned to avoid drivers like you.
Yet, cagers crash every day.
