weight loss. how to lose weight?

i am about 133kg , a student at university , and having been trying to lose weight for the past 6 months , but my weight has hardly ever change. I go to the gym at least once a week and i zumba dance at least 3 times a week for at least 25 min . after doing all this my weight still remains at 133kg. i sometime get some carvings for junk food but that once in a while. what can i do to make sure my weight goes down

Use a combination of things..
The more you combine and the stricter/more extreme you are with them, the faster and better they will add up.

-Change your diet
-Minimize carbs and sugar
-Take some natural supplements or caffeine to help increase energy levels
-Focus on veggies
-Never eat when you aren’t hungry
-Eat breakfast
-Stop eating once you are full (full, NOT stuffed!)
-Don’t eat past 6pm
-Eat smaller portions
-Minimize fat, calories, + saturated fat
-Take a highly rated diet supplement (found online easily)
-Try eating very small amounts but more often instead of 2-3 bigger meals
-Research on how to count calories/fat grams/saturated fat..etc properly and what to focus on so you can diet and eat smarter to maximize results
-Use a diet counter (on your phone or internet) to log calories/fat/carbs..etc
-Exercise to build muscle from your fat
-Use things like cleaning/chores as excuses to get your body moving and blood pumping
-Chew your food as much as possible
-Eat slower
-Take some herbal supplements to help reduce appetite and food cravings
-Do AS MUCH cardio as possible
-Take probiotics
-Leave motivational messages everywhere to remind yourself (computer, mirrors, in car, on fridge, on wallet, on cell background, desk..etc)
-Take some supplements to help increase your bodies metabolism and digestive tract
-Tell people you are near all the time to remind you or point it out when they see you doing anything that someone on a diet shouldnt be doing
-Take some supplements that speed up thermogenesis
-Use substitution (instead of white bread eat whole grain, instead of coke drink water, instead of whole milk use skim..etc)

Do you need to lose that annoying flabby thigh fat? If you think you’re going to lose it with a quick weight loss pill or crazy fad diet then you’re dead wrong. There also isn’t really any magical exercise either.

Whether its thigh, belly or hip fat there isn’t a way to pick which areas you will burn your fat for the most part. You must lose weight in all your body. You don’t get to choose. Lose fat and your body will decide.

Use These 2 Exercises to build muscle in your legs and put the fat burning into verdrive

Dumbbell Lunges: This will work your quades, glutes, inner and outer thighs. Start with a weight you can do for at least 20 repitions then move up as needed. More weight less reps will equal more muscle growth. Less weight more reps will build muscular endurance.

Leg Extensions: This works out primarily your quads. You will need a machine to do this. Same rule applies as above as far as weight and reps.

How to lose a lot of weight fast?

I am 13 years old, and 5′6" and i weigh 205 pounds and I am extremely uncomfortable with my weight. I want to weigh 135 pounds before February and I want to run, and my mom is going to buy a treadmill but i get really out of breath when i run and my body hurts. How can I fix this so I can run and lose the weight?? Any tips??

How to lose weight quickly and clothes for a pear shape?

Basically I am going on holiday in two weeks and I have suddenly realised that some of my clothes are a slight bit tighter than before. I don’t need to lose much weight but some would be nice =) I also don’t want to do any fad Dieting, I know how bad it is for my body!

How to lose weight in about 2 weeks fast?

I start swimming in about 2 weeks. I am 12 years old, weighing in about 126 pounds. I’m 5′1, and I wanna have that good looking stomach and thighs. I want to be fast in the water, and not dragging any weight. I also have a aqua blade which is a swim suit with fibers that crush weight from the stomach and chest area. I wear it to all my meets, but I want to look good in it. Please help me lose weight fast.

I believe that weight loss always starts from mindset. This is the reason why i am able to lose 15kg in 2 months and maintain for 3 years straight, all the way till my pregnancy.

1) What is my goal? I want to lose __kg in __ time.
2) Why do I want to achieve this goal? (if possible, come up with 50 reasons)
3) If I do not achieve it, what pains will I have? (come up with as many reasons as possible)
4) If I achieve it, what happiness will I have? (come up with as many reasons as possible)
5) What will happen to me if I continue my current situation for the next 10 years?
6) Then when do I want to take action?

Some solutions I can offer you for diet:
Breakfast: eat fruits/drink fruit juice
Lunch: Less carbo, more veg and fruits, less seafood, meat and eggs
Dinner: Same as lunch but no solid food after 8pm. Soups are great dinners

Exercise Tips for Women to Help Lose Fat Weight

In the effort to lose fat weight, the two largest factors to consider are our diets and daily exercise routines.  Most women know the aspects of eating a healthy diet.  However, proper and effective exercise can sometimes be a mystery. It is common to ask why we aren’t losing weight when we spend so much time working out.  Here are some exercise tips for women to help lose fat weight and solve some of the mystery about exercising in the attempt to get real results.

Intensity can be one of the more difficult exercise concepts to understand.  And yet high intensity workouts is at the topof the list of exercising tips for women to help lose fat weight.

In many cases we feel as though we are putting in a high intensity effort.  However, the results do not show that to be the case. In order to achieve real results in your fat loss efforts, perform cardio and strength training exercises at a moderate to high intensity level.  To test this, check your heart rate and ensure you are working at 60% to 80% of your maximum heart rate for a moderate intensity and 70% to 85% for a high intensity.  Working at this level establishes a beneficial caloric burn in a short duration of time. 

Weight lifting concepts are also misunderstood by both men and women.  Two exercising tips for women regarding strength training are: 1) you won’t get big and bulky by lifting heavier weights, so by all means go heavier with the weight and 2) adding muscle helps burn fat.  Lift heavier weights applying the intensity rule.  Rest assured that an increase in your muscle size is limited simply based on genetics and gender.  Also, the muscle added through weight training helps to create a faster metabolism which means more caloric burn at rest.  Plus, added muscle contributes to an attractive shapely figure. 

The frequency at which you workout is important in order to help continually contribute to the caloric deficit which causes fat loss.  In order to lose one pound of fat, 3500 calories need to be burned over and above what is ingested.  This type of caloric intake and burn occurs over the course of time.  It is important to achieve a decent caloric burn on a continual basis (3 to 5 days per week), in order to get real fat loss results in the quickest time frame.

The time factor is dependent on the intensity of the workout.  If a high intensity workout is performed, a 20 minute minimum cardio routine should be completed. If a moderate intensity is applied then the cardio workout should be a 30 minute minimum.  This will help to ensure a beneficial caloric burn for the workout.  Application of these exercise tips for women will have you back in shape sooner than you thought possible.
