The basics of wireless internet. He was developing a wireless large scale network before funding was cut and the project stopped. Not to say it wouldn’t have worked but he was so far ahead of his time most thought he was a nut!

Technologie LCD : Pour un usage courant comme regarder le journal télévisé, des émissions de variétés classiques, des reportages ou des émissions pour enfants, le LCD est l’écran le plus approprié. Vous pouvez aussi sans problème y connecter un ordinateur ou brancher une console de jeux. En lumière ambiante, le LCD offre une meilleure qualité d’image.

Technologie Plasma : Si vous désirez utiliser votre écran pour des séances cinéma, l’écran Plasma est plus avantageux. The question is a little bit vague, so I’ll clarify. Would someone who just graduated with a B.S. know enough math or science (any branches of both) to create the next great invention? What kind of mathematics and sciences do you think some of the aforementioned inventions involve?

Hi, I am in grade 8, and I was given a speech assignment
My speech is on inventions that were invented by an accident (shortened: Accidental Inventions)
My attention grabber sucks!
It is: "Imagine placing a fruit flavored soda in your backyard by accident, and next day, it becomes a delicious frozen fruit."

Can you please think of an attention grabber for my speech on accidental inventions?

I can think of 3 where you could use props:

1 – Get a piece of bread and lightly wet it down and leave it out – preferably in a dark humid closet or a basement so it can grow mold. Take it out and pretend you are about to eat it until you see the mold. This is similar to how penicillin was discovered.

2 – Melt a chocolate bar onto an old shirt pocket (on a shirt you don’t mind possibly ruining that is) where it leaves an obvious stain for the audience to see. Wear this shirt during your speech. The microwave oven was discovered when a chocolate bar was melted in the shirt pocket of an engineer at Raytheon who walked in front of a microwave radio transmitter.

3 – cover yourself with post it notes – some of which could be points in your speech. Post Its were invented when an engineer wanted to make a new superglue but ended up making a weaker glue instead. 4 years later another engineer in the same company (3M) got the idea to use that "weak" glue on bookmarks, it worked and post its were born.

You could pull off notes with an accidental invention written on each one and go through your speech – point by point like that and show people the value to "Sticking to" an idea even when it’s an accident.
