What colleges and programs should i get into so i can go to college in japan?

Im a 11th grader in the U.S. and i want to got to college in Japan. What colleges are good to apply for that will let me study there like for 2 years. Im planning on getting a degree in computer science.

Most colleges in the US will have an International Office – you could visit the website of US Colleges you would be interested in, find their international office, and see if exchanges to Japan are possible! Most exchanges are by semester/term, but maybe you could negotiate to 2 years (though that would probably extend the length of time you would need to do your Bachelor’s!).

Sorry this isn’t listing specific schools, but I’m Canadian and I went to school here – but I hope it helps!

Two years? None. But if you’re willing to get a bachelors degree, that may be possible.

You need to be fluent in Japanese.

You need to be capable of passing the university entrance exams. You’ll find details on that here:

I consider their entrance exams to be roughly equivalent to having taken several AP courses in high school, and having done very well in them.
