What kind of Philippine cuisine do you like?


hi. I’m gonna build up a restaurant next month. I’m wondering what kind of food do you guys like?
I have one restaurant now. But, i think it’s not having the sales i want. I think it’s gonna be Philippine cuisine. Yeah. I hope you’re gonna give me reasonable answers! thanks!

    Crispy pata,
    lechon kawali,
    lechon (pork/ chicken),
    kare-kare.
    pinakbet,
    kaldereta,
    sinigang (fish/ pork),
    adobo (pork/ chicken),
    pansit canton,
    lomi,
    pochero,
    lumpia shanghai,
    fresh lumpia,
    pork steak,
    pork menudo,
    nilaga (beef stew),
    mechado,
    sweet & sour (pork/ fish),
    tinola (chicken stew),
    afritada (chicken/ pork),
    chopsuey,
    rellenong bangus (milkfish),
    laing,
    kilawin (veggies/ fish),
    pansit palabok,
    Filipino spaghetti,
    paella,
    embutido (pork rolls),
    escabeche——–

    desserts:
    leche flan (caramel custard),
    buko pandan,
    halo-halo——
