I’m an overweight teen and i need to loose about 125 pounds. How do i do it within at least 2 to 3 months? Please help me. i am tired of being made fun of.
Drink lots or water. As much as you possibly can. Run a lot. Eat healthy foods.
Eat Things Like:
Raw Fruits & Vegetables
Oatmeal
Low Fat Dairy products
Any kind of raw nuts
Apples
Fish
Spices
Lean proteins
Resistant starch
Run everyday. Go on youtube and look up bunch of exercise videos. Don’t exert yourself, but exercise as much as you can.
Eat healthy.
Do activities like:
Ride bike
Run
Jog
Dance
Jump
Sit Ups
You’re going to have to work really hard. Cut down on as much fatty foods as possible. You’re going to have to kiss the potato chips goodbye and move onto the carrot sticks. Seriously. Say goodbye to fast food
Think about your future and everything you do and eat. Think of a Healthier way to do everything.
Try also seeing a dietition.

if you wanna lose that much weight in 2 to 3 months, you’ll have to get liposuction

i feel for you, i was only a little chubby but i got teased alot. However i joined my local sports club and am now making it to state championships in cross country (6km in 23.13 minutes). Im not going to lie – All of this did not come easy, any quick loss solution you find will not compare to hard work over an extended period. For example i trained for 20 hours a week for four years, but only reached an optimum weight after a year. So to sum it up
1) join a running club or a sport you find enjoyable and train as often as you can fit into your schedule even if its just an hour a day – i recommend running because it burns fat fast and is not very technical
2)eat healthy – no Mc Donald’s, eating large portions is fine if you are training hard and its a carbohydrate such as pasta or the like. Also eat less red meat and more fish and vegetables. red meat takes along time to digest and does not provide a large amount of energy
3) get plenty of sleep and ignore the wan*ers that make fun of you
4) ignore Ardi (person who said get liposuction)

Start immediately following steps.
Avoid sugar & its products.
Base meals on salads,vegetables,potatoes roots,berries,fish,porridge,lean meat,low fat milk products and avoid diary products.
Avoid aerobic exercises.
A combination of reduced calories diet and increase physical activities also leads to decrease in abdominal fats and increase cardioresiratory fitness.
Be regular on daily walk,swimming,jogging and morning exercises.

i know what you mean i was made fun of but That’s alot of weight to loose in that short amount of time think about it 3 months about 90 days that means youll have to loose a little over a pound every day. but you can do it just give your self more time. the healthy way is to eat healthy theres lots of Delicious food out there thats good for you. heres a tip on salads that people mess up on just dont over do the ranch dressing look on the back side of the bottle in the nutrition facts the calories are high. avoid eating beef and pork you should eat fish and chicken you know lean meat. to start off just run a mile every day and slowly add more distance to your work out. instead of going to your friends house by car ride your bike or go walking. if you can join a sport that would help to. oh and what i would do is well, i like to watch tv alot so i would point my tread mill towards the tv and walk while watching family guy, or south park( usually it points to a blank wall). hope this helps

You can exercise for an extra hour a day for a week and still lose the same amount as you had when you were only exercising half as much. Give your body time to adjust – don’t push yourself too hard or you’re just going to spend your energy on something that’s not necessarily going to give you immediate and direct benefit.
