What etiquette should I observe while shopping in a botanica?


I’ve never been shopping inside a botanica, and I want to be sure I don’t do anything rude or stupid. Is there anything I should be aware of beyond general shopping courtesy? Nothing is too basic to mention.

    just don’t wear a shirt that says "LATI-NOTS," Chupar los latinos, or anything along those lines. Just like you wouldn’t wear a shirt that said "I hate hippies" at a hippie convention. It would also help to have a pocket translator handy.
